My Philosophy of Teaching

My philosophy is that the teacher has to be an excellent example for his students. He must have to be a model for his student in thought, word and deed. The teacher enables the students to make harmonious and effective adjustment in life. A teacher is to his students what a gardener is to the plants in the garden. He has to take care of the students with the care and attention of a guardian. The teacher is a guide, helper and a wise friend to whom the students can go confidently in case of any difficulty. The teacher must observe the students carefully and guide them properly to develop their inborn qualities so that they can reach the ultimate goal of life. He is a guide, a friend and a philosopher to the children.
