MY philosophy of Teaching

Education is important for the all round development of the individual. The teacher has to help the students in persuing their studies according to their interest and ability.In my childhooddays I tasted my mother's teaching skills.Great educators of the past have not undergone any training but have contributed positive educational principles for the benefit of upcoming generation.
Everybody needs some knowledge of mathematics in one way or the other.Mathematics demands hardwok from the learner.Hardworking citizens are very much needed in any developing society.It also gives the power of solving reallife problems.
I observe that in todays world of education, many student have difficulty in identifying the important conncepts in text.I beieve that it can be solved by motivaton. If the teacher himself/herself is not interested she/he can never motivate the class.
